Q: Why does the product interface display channel current and power as O after viewing?
A: The current and power values are displayed in the application only when the device you want to measure has its wires passing through the current transformer for current sensing
Q: Why does it seem like my product interface is stuck after l changed other parameter values in the settings?
A: This may be due to network delays or buffering. Please log out of the application and log back in to resolve this.
Q:How can l clear the power data of the smart meter?
A: Please enter the smart meter app interface, click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner, scroll down, and click "Disconnect and wipe data."
