Must the pager be used in a WiFi environment?
Yes. The pager must be in a 2.4GHz Wifi environment, the same as the Wifi connected to the phone when registered in Tuya App. After you finish setting, your phone can be on a different network. But the pager must be on the same wifi.
Is this pager completely waterproof?
The cal buton is IP 55 waterproof and are effectively protected against splashing water in a protective case. But direct access to water, such as wearing it in a shower, is not recommended.
What should l do if the receiver can't connect to the Tuya App?
1.Check if your network is 2.4GHz. lf you are using 5G network, you can switch the router's network to 2.4GHz for pairing. You can switch to 5GHz network aftel
pairing successfully.
