    Main benefits of the Zigbee protocol is local interconnection and automation. The gadget doesn't need the internet to communicate with sensors locally. For instance, the valve automatically closes when a water leak sensor finds a leak.

     

    Scheduling and Countdown Timers: Prevents waste or mishaps due to forgetting to close the valve by supporting the establishment of planned tasks (like timed watering) or the activation of countdown timers (like automated shutdown 10 minutes after activation).

    Manual Emergency activation: The device typically has physical buttons in addition to electronic control, enabling manual on/off activation on-site even in the absence of an app or network connection.

    Low electricity Consumption and Offline Functionality: Zigbee technology uses extremely little electricity, and items that run on batteries can last up to two years.     Scenario 1: Protection of Home Safety (Core Scenario)

    Preventing Leaks: Install the controller on the main water valve in your house. Install a flood sensor behind your sink or washing machine. In the event that a leak is found, the system instantly closes the main water valve in less than a second, protecting your flooring and your neighbors below from water damage.

    Install on the main gas valve to prevent gas leaks. When a gas leak sensor is installed, the system immediately closes the gas valve and sounds an alert in the event that a leak is found.

    Scenario 2: Convenient lifestyle and energy conservation

    Install smart irrigation on water pipes in your garden or on your balcony. To establish precise control based on the idea of "watering only when the soil is dry," schedule chores (such as watering for 15 minutes every morning at 7 am) or connect with a soil moisture sensor.

    HVAC Balancing (Commercial/Building): In central heating systems, Zigbee valve control and temperature sensors work together to control return water temperature. This solves the hydraulic imbalance problem of "warm near, cold far" in older residential complexes, saving a substantial amount of energy.

    How to Install

    1. Install the bracket on the installation ear of the smart valve controller(screw is not tightened first).

    2. Fix the mounting bracket on the water pipe or gas pipe(as shown in the figure).

    3. Adjust the position of the smart valve controller, please make sure smart valve handle fits securely over the valve handle.Ensure that the center line of the smart valve controller and the center line of the valve are in the same line, otherwise the valve cannot be fully opened and closed.

    4. Then tighten the screw at both ends of the mounting bracket. After the installation of the smart valve controller, manually pull down the clutch pull ring, Swing the smart valve controller transfer handle, please check if the valve switch is in place.

    5. Tighten the screw of the smart valve controller handle clip according to the diagram.

    6. Connect the power adapter. The smart valve controller can be controlled(Open/Close)by pressing the red button.

    7. If power is cut off, then ring under the smart valve controller can be manually pulled down and swing the transfer handle to close or open the valve.
