Optimized Quality Control Process for Smart Home Products.

All of our new products have established perfect testing standards in the early stage of research and development. In the prototype stage, the engineering prototype stage will require passing various tests. Finally, the new product is allowed to enter the batch trial production stage after the review is completed. All questions are required to complete the closed loop before trial production;

Incoming Quality Control

The foundation of a reliable product is high-quality materials.

AQL-Based Sampling Inspection

All incoming materials undergo sampling inspections based on the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard to check for dimensional accuracy, material composition, and functional performance.

In-Process Quality Control

IPQC

Quality is monitored in real-time throughout the assembly process.

· Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs): All assembly-line operators are professionally trained and must adhere to detailed work instructions.
· First Article Inspection (FAI): The first unit from each production batch is thoroughly inspected to confirm the assembly setup is correct.
· Line Audits & Patrol Checks: QC personnel perform regular checks on the production floor to monitor critical process parameters and correct any deviations immediately.
· Poka-Yoke (Error-Proofing): Where applicable, fixtures and tests are designed to prevent assembly errors.

Final Quality Assurance

FQA

Every finished product must pass a final barrier of checks before it is packaged for shipment.
· 100% Functional Testing: Every single unit undergoes a full functional test (FCT), verifying switching, connectivity (Wi-Fi/Zigbee/BLE), sensor response, and pairing capability.
· AQL Sampling for Finished Goods: Our Quality Department performs a rigorous AQL sampling inspection on all finished products. This audit checks for aesthetic perfection, label accuracy, packaging, and performs additional functional and safety tests.
· Aging Test (Burn-In): For each production batch, a sample of units is subjected to an extended aging test under load to screen out early-life failures and ensure long-term stability.
