WIFI Smart Spliced Curtain Track Motor Sets

This kit facilitates straightforward DIY installation, eliminating the need for professional construction assistance. The process is streamlined into three simple steps, with comprehensive installation instructions and video tutorials available to ensure a smooth experience for beginners.

1. Please find below a list of the tools required for pre-installation preparation

The following tools are required for the task: an electric drill, expansion screws, a spirit level and a tape measure. Please note that these tools are not included in the kit and must be provided by the user.

Preliminary measurement: The total track length is the sum of the length of the main drive unit (motor), the track joint and the auxiliary drive unit. In the absence of a curtain box, the width of the window and the available wall mounting space must be measured. For installations with a curtain box, please ensure the internal width is a minimum of 15cm. Power Preparation: The plug-in version requires a 220V outlet reserved near the curtain. The lithium battery version requires no power source and is suitable for retrofitting older homes.

2.Track Joining and Securing

Please note that track connection brackets must be inserted into both ends of the track. Finally, tighten the side screws with a screwdriver to complete the joining process. Rotate mounting clips 90° to snap into the track at the marked positions. Secure the clips to the ceiling using self-tapping screws (expansion bolts are required for concrete walls). It is essential to use a level to ensure that the track is perfectly horizontal, thus facilitating smooth operation.

3. Motor Installation and Calibration

Please ensure that the motor is aligned with the main drive box interface. Please ensure that the connector plate is pushed to its limit position in order to complete the motor installation and activate the automatic locking mechanism. For the plug-in version, please connect the power cables in accordance with the wiring diagram. It is essential to ensure that power is disconnected and to distinguish between live, neutral and ground wires to prevent reverse connection. For the lithium battery version, the process is straightforward: simply install the battery. Once powered on, please pair the remote control or use the motor reset button to code the device. Please test the forward and reverse operations of the curtain, as well as the travel limits. Normal use of the system is possible once the debugging process has been completed.

4. Network Configuration (Smart Version)

Please press and hold the motor reset button for 2-8 seconds until the indicator light flashes slowly, indicating that the device has entered pairing mode. Please open the relevant smart app (e.g. Tuya Smart), tap "Add Device", search for and connect to the curtain motor, then enter your WiFi password to complete the pairing process. Once the initial pairing process has been completed successfully, you will then be able to configure features such as scheduled tasks and scene automation within the app. Additionally, it can be paired with a smart speaker for voice control.
