Installation Instructions
Find the Zigbee gateway in the mobile phone APP ---add a sub-device --- press and hold the pairing button of the soil device for 6s-12s ---. the red LED blinks rapidly on the device --- and the mobile phone APP automatically searches for the device --- Add and save it.
Note:The device is a low-power device. Press the button to enter the pairing mode. Please operate within 2 minutes after the power is turned on.After 2 minutes, the device button
will be locked. (The battery can be disassembled and reset)
Precautions for Use
1. Avoid installing the device outdoors. The device is sightly waterproof and dustproof, but does not support long-term use in rain.
2. Two identical devices may have errs in measuring humidity due to different soils, various sand,organic matter,granular sawdust, and the internal gap density and compactness of the soil, detection of the device. but this does not affect the normal and accurate
3. The humidity is relative humidity, not absolute humidity.If you insert it into dry soil without any water, there is also a humidity value.This value is the humidity value when dry. After the soil is filled with water, this humidity value is the relative humidity.
The difference between the humidity when dry and the humidity after filling with water is the real humidity value.To judge whether the soil moisture is sufficient, the humidity when dry is the basic parameter, and the difference is the basis for judging the soil moisture.
4. The quality of this product is stable,but it cannot be guaranteed to analysis in this product correctly, the device should be regularly inspected and maintained. The APP data records should be checked regularly; Observe the battery usage and state regularly.
5. As long as the devoice is connected to the Zigbee gateway, the mobile phone (networked) can check the devices status at any time. the device has been paired with the Zigbee gateway, the device will try to connect automatically after power failure and no Need tore-pair it. the device is connected from APP will show it as offline
